Kylea Kirchoff,
Director of Operations
Kylea serves as Touchstone’s Operations Director and oversees the daily functions of three counseling related companies: Touchstone Counseling LLC, Touchstone Helping Families, and Baker Consulting Services LLC.
Education:
Kylea attended Nixa Public Schools, located in Christian County, throughout her entire academic years. As a ‘local’, Kylea is very invested in the care and well-being of families in need and at-risk in our community. She states that her greatest reward while working with individuals and families in need is to “have the honor to watch so many clients, who are hurting and broken, grow and heal throughout their counseling journey.” Kylea earned an associate of arts degree from Ozarks Technical College in the field of Bioclinical Sciences. She has worked within a medical model for almost a decade and has helped Touchstone evolve into a state of the arts office with current equipment, resources, policies/procedures, and systems to more efficiently serve our clients.
Samantha Deaton,
Office Manager
Samantha serves as Touchstone’s office manager, primarily at the Waterford location and oversees the daily functions of the office; scheduling, billing, handling paperwork, and serving water and coffee for clients. She is the face that greets you when you walk into the Waterford office and gets clients prepared to see their counselor.
Samantha grew up in Battlefield and attended Republic School District. In high school she played tennis and took homeschool classes for credit to graduate early. Samantha attended Pittsburg State University where she studied psychology and political science from 2014 to 2018. In addition to her work at Touchstone, Samantha currently serves as an alderwoman for Battlefield’s city council and a board member for the Greene County Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation. In 2022 she ran for state representative in Missouri’s 134th district in an entirely self-run campaign. She has attended multiple training conferences for elected officials and legislators to improve governance and government services.
